Welcome to HUIT ARCHIV. These terms set out the rules for using our site and buying from us. By using huitarchiv.com or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

HUIT ARCHIV is operated by Chosen Ecom Limited. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean HUIT ARCHIV. "You" means you, the customer.

Using our site

You may use our site for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or copy our content, images or designs without our written permission. All brand names, logos, designs and content belong to us and are protected.

Products

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours and textures can look different from screen to screen, so small variations are normal. Our pieces are made in small runs and can sell out. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes within the European Union, unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or product detail was shown in clear error.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we have received it, not that we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an obvious error.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Your right to return and how refunds work are covered by our Returns and Refunds page. These policies form part of these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for issues caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your statutory rights

As a consumer in the European Union, you have rights that these terms do not affect, including the right to receive goods that match their description and the right to return under the conditions set by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Chosen Ecom Limited, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the European Union.
