Payment information: handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Account details: if you create an account, your login and order history.
Marketing data: your email if you subscribe, and how you interact with our emails.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

To process and deliver your orders and handle returns.
To provide customer service.
To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed, and you can opt out any time.

Legal grounds

We process your data to perform our contract with you (your order), with your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), for our legitimate interests (a safe, working store), and to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We share data only with partners who help us run the store, under strict agreements. These include our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers, our email platform, and analytics tools. Some partners may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with appropriate safeguards in place. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
