Everything is packed and sent with care from our warehouse. Here is what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day. During drops and launches, processing can take a little longer. We will always keep you posted by email.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped.

Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of the European Union: 3 to 7 business days
United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days

Track your order

Once your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Give the carrier a few hours to update the first scan.

Duties and taxes

Orders within the European Union include all taxes. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of the world, your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are paid by you. We have no control over these charges.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment. A second shipping fee may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email us and we will sort it out with the carrier.
