We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Your right to return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the items back. This is your right under European consumer law.

Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and labels still attached, in their original packaging. Items that come back used or altered cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

How to start a return

Email info@huitarchiv.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and clear instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong piece. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded for full returns, except for the extra cost if you chose a faster delivery option. You will get an email when your refund is on its way.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or wrong items

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 14 days with your order number and a few photos. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pieces worn against the skin once the seal or tags are removed. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.
